As the General Manager, you will have responsibility for the people, performance and culture of the restaurant.

You will hire and develop the management team, establish clear expectations and create an environment where employees understand what success looks like. You will also have the training, systems and organizational support needed to improve performance and protect profitability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading the restaurant’s daily operations and overall performance
• Recruiting, training and retaining managers and hourly team members
• Coaching managers and preparing future leaders for advancement
• Managing sales, labor, food costs and controllable expenses
• Reviewing financial results and creating plans to improve performance
• Forecasting business needs and building effective schedules
• Maintaining high standards for food quality, service and cleanliness
• Creating accountability throughout the restaurant
• Keeping the team motivated, focused and engaged
• Protecting the guest experience during every shift
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety requirements
• Building a positive presence within the Pineville community

• Five or more years of restaurant or retail management experience
• General Manager or high-level Assistant General Manager experience
• A proven ability to recruit, develop and retain strong teams
• Experience managing restaurant financials, labor and food costs
• Strong communication, organization and decision-making skills
• The ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence learning and using restaurant technology
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license

New restaurant opening or local restaurant marketing experience is helpful but not required.
