What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading daily restaurant operations

• Managing service execution and guest experience

• Running kitchen shifts, including expo and ticket flow

• Coaching and developing team members

• Scheduling, labor management, and staffing

• Food quality and operational standards

• Driving sales, profitability, and team performance

• Partnering with the General Manager to prepare for your next leadership step

What We're Looking For:

• 4-5+ years of restaurant management experience

• Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, AGM, Senior Manager, or similar leadership experience

• Experience in both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations preferred

• Ability to confidently lead kitchen shifts

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Desire to become a General Manager in the near future
