The Opportunity

Lead multiple restaurants. Earn up to $100K. Keep the late nights off your schedule.

We’re hiring an experienced District Manager to oversee 4–6 high-volume restaurant locations throughout the Richmond, Virginia market.

Each restaurant averages approximately $2.5M in annual sales, making this a significant multi-unit leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to develop General Managers, drive profitability, and create consistency across multiple locations.

What You’ll Own

• Lead performance across 4–6 Richmond-area restaurant locations
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for results
• Drive sales, profitability, operational execution, and guest satisfaction
• Analyze restaurant and district-level P&L performance
• Manage labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and profitability
• Conduct regular restaurant visits with a hands-on, field-focused approach
• Identify performance gaps and create clear improvement plans
• Build strong management teams and improve leadership retention
• Develop succession plans and identify future restaurant leaders
• Maintain consistent company standards across every location
• Partner with senior leadership on district performance and company initiatives
• Create accountability while giving GMs the coaching and support they need to succeed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Current or recent District Manager, Area Manager, Area Supervisor, Area Director, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience overseeing approximately 4–6 restaurant locations
• Fast-casual experience preferred
• Strong QSR or traditional fast-food multi-unit experience will also be considered
• Proven ability to develop and retain successful General Managers
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
• Track record of improving restaurant performance and operational consistency
• Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to spend meaningful time inside the restaurants
• Ability to travel throughout the Richmond market
