Title of Position: Park Manager

Job Description: The Park Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in a sports entertainment venue while ensuring a safe, clean, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This role will lead, train, coach, and support team members across guest service, attractions, events, food and beverage, and facility operations. The Park Manager will help maintain service standards, monitor staffing needs, support scheduling, and ensure the team is prepared for peak business periods. This position will stay active on the floor, resolve guest concerns professionally, and reinforce safety procedures throughout the park. The Park Manager will also assist with inventory awareness, operational controls, event execution, and overall park presentation. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead multiple departments in a busy guest-facing environment.
