Your Role:

As Culinary Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our success by:

• Overseeing daily operations, including meat fabrication, meal preparation, wine bar service, and retail management
• Developing strategic plans for growth, including budgeting, labor management, and cost of goods sold (COGS) optimization
• Leading and inspiring your team through recruitment, training, and professional development
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Creating exceptional guest experiences with a focus on hospitality and quality

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience (Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role)
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and labor cost management
• Culinary expertise, including meat cutting; ServSafe certification preferred
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Retail or grocery experience (a plus but not required)
