What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • A strong background in team management, motivation, and development
  • Expertise in restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement company policies and drive success
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)

Your Role and Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for both front-of-house and kitchen areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to exceed guest expectations consistently
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards
  • Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and drive profitability
  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and operational improvement
  • Recruit, train, and schedule staff to build and maintain a high-performing team
