- Experience: 3-5 years in restaurant leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.

- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Preferred Qualifications: A degree or certification in hospitality management, though not required.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling to build and maintain a cohesive team.
